A FILM worker at Shepperton Studios suffered neck and back injuries after falling from a ladder into a 10ft pit.
The man, who is thought to be 50 and working on the set of the new Robin Hood film, Nottingham, starring Russell Crowe, was taken to St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, and detained overnight following the accident on Monday.
Firefighters, who said the injuries at the time were "potentially serious", rescued the man using lines and ropes and then attached him to a stretcher.
A spokesman for the studios said the man was now fine and had been released from hospital.
The Health and Safety Executive said it was not, as yet, looking into the incident.
